Strength Training

Strength training is a tool to build a body that is not only stronger but also more adaptable, resilient, and injury-resistant.

How does it work?

We will first pinpoint what it means to you to be stronger on our consultation call and create a goal to work towards  based on that. Maybe you’ve always wanted to be able to do a certain strength feat, get your first push up, get your first pull up? Maybe you’ve always wanted to try a certain piece of equipment or style of training, maybe you’ve seen something online and would like to explore it. Maybe you simply want to build functional muscle.  

After our initial call we will run through all the fundamental movement patterns in our first session and identify where best to dedicate our time to get the most benefit moving forward so that we can not only work on what we want but what we NEED.   

Through my years of experience and experimentation my approach to strength training is not limited to isolating muscles and hoping that everything gets better as a result. It’s a process of reclaiming fundamental movement patterns that have been lost in modern, sedentary life.

Handstand Training

Remember the audacity you had as a child to just try something new? Learning a new skill is a powerful way to reconnect with your wonder and curiosity. I will guide and support you to achieve a freestanding handstand.

How does it work? 

Choose how you would like to start on the journey whether in person, online, or hybrid.  

The guesswork for how to arrive at a freestanding handstand will be removed and you will be provided with a programme to follow and a process to connect with which will be focused on building solid fundamentals including alignment, endurance,  confidence and mobility requirements. 

Mobility training

Mobility training is about unlocking your body’s natural range of motion, allowing you to move freely and efficiently in everyday life.

Through targeted exercises that combine strength, flexibility, and control, we’ll work on restoring joint health and improving movement quality. Whether you’re looking to alleviate pain, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel more comfortable in your body, mobility training helps you reclaim the ability to move with ease and confidence.  

What does this look like?

Mobility training might well be the missing link to gaining that sense of ease in your body that you’ve been looking for. 

In our initial consultation we will identify where you feel you’re lacking in your body in terms of ability. What does that mean? It means maybe you always avoid situations that involve sitting on the floor because it’s too uncomfortable, it means that perhaps you always have to hold back to some extent because of pain in the body, knees, ankles, feet, hips, back, shoulders, neck, hands,wrists. 

After we pinpoint where to start we will begin reclaiming the ability in that specific area from our first session.    

Nutrition Support

Nutrition Guidance 

Nutrition is the foundation of a strong, resilient body. My approach to nutrition guidance is simple: fuel your body in a way that supports your energy, performance, and well-being. Together, we’ll create a plan that prioritises real, nutrient-dense foods while aligning with your personal goals. 

How does it work?

You will keep a food diary for 7 days of EVERYTHING you ingest over that time and from there the approach will not be to radically overhaul your diet but to make small realistic changes that over time lead to long lasting change.
