1-2-1 Coaching

Working directly with a professional can jump your progress forward exponentially. Through an ongoing dialogue we will create an individually tailored programme to move you from where you are now to where you want to be.

How does it work?

  • During this discussion we will get to know each other and clearly define your goals and what you would like to achieve. I would like to know about your training history and what it looks like currently, any injuries, setbacks or limiting factors that have impacted on your progress in the past and currently. 

  • Following the consultation call I will create a program which will be emailed directly to you. This will include the exercises together with videos and notes for how to complete the movements, reps, sets, weights, and frequency of workouts.

  • I operate from numerous gyms so we will identify the most convenient venue for the both of us.

Online training

This is 1-2-1 training that fits around your life, wherever you are. You will receive an individualised programme complete with videos of how to perform the movements and exercises, as well as full support from me to guide you through the process via private messaging and calls.

To ensure you get the maximum benefit from the process you will be expected to send me videos of you performing the exercises and you will receive coaching and feedback on your form, and from there we can continue to refine and improve! 

  •  During our initial consultation we will identify the best approach for you whether that be working out in a gym or from home, or a combination of the two. Any equipment needed for home workouts will be given and any adjustments made along the way. You will need a tripod to capture a few reps of every exercise and your form will be coached via private message.  

  • Once the program has been delivered,depending on the frequency of the workouts every one of your workouts will be reviewed by me and your form coached to perfection within 48 hours and any follow up questions and feedback on how the process is going for you is always welcomed!

  • Your programme will be held on a shared spreadsheet which will allow you to update your progress e.g weights used We will track progress from session to session via form coaching and other relevant metrics including weights used, repetitions performed, range of motion gained ,quality of the form ,and your subjective experience of the movements. 

  • You won’t be left on your own! - I will keep you accountable and will be expecting you to  send me footage from every one of your workouts! It’s not what you’re doing, it’s how you’re You get to benefit from having a professional coach monitor and review your every workout. 

    It’s flexible! - You will still have autonomy as to when you complete your workouts and together we can address any time management issues that may arise via private messaging.   

    It’s convenient! - No need to travel for in-person sessions. Train at your own convenience, whether at home or the gym.

    It’s cost effective! - The same high-quality professional guidance for less than in person 1-2-1.

  • During every workout you will be expected to record a few reps of every exercise. You will then send the footage to me via private messaging platform and your form will be coached to perfection within 48 hours! Your program will be held on a shared spreadsheet which will allow you to update your progress e.g weights used. Ongoing dialogue of how the process is going for you will also be encouraged!

  • We will have check in calls 1 week into the program, 6 weeks in, and 12 weeks. These are for us to discuss how things are going for you, any changes that might need to be made, and to answer any questions you might have. 

Hybrid Coaching

If you prefer autonomy but still value the benefits of in-person guidance, the Hybrid Coaching model is the perfect balance.

You'll receive personalised programming and ongoing online support to keep you progressing, with the added benefit of a 1-2-1 session each month to refine your technique and ensure you're on track.

This approach gives you the freedom to work independently, while still providing the hands-on coaching needed to unlock your full potential.

Group training

There are no isolated individuals, only people in connection.

Group training is a powerful way to learn more about yourself while enjoying the energy and support of others.

Working alongside a small group of up to 4, you’ll experience the benefits of shared motivation, collective progress, and the unique dynamic experience that comes from training together.
